Persico Contracting & Trucking at 550 Franklin Avenue, Mount Vernon, New York.

I own a "strip mall" close by to Main Street here in Port Chester, and had some parking lot pavement problems, parking curbs were broken, pot holes, and in need of a complete "black top" resurfacing. I contacted several "contractors" to give me an estimate on the work that I needed to have done, among them was PERSICO from Mt. Vernon. Please Note: Same last name as mine, but NO relations.

They came out with several of their engineers, spent at least 2-days measuring my property, and submitted their estimate. I mistakenly thought that a "large company" like PERSICO would submit a LARGE estimate, I was proved WRONG. They were "in the ballpark" of the "locals" I also asked to estimate my job.

I went with PERSICO.

The job went smooth, and was completed when I was told it would be with "no hassles".

I would highly recommend this company, and use them again in the future.
